Having several food allergies, which include soy and peanuts, I find that Whole30 recipes are easy and accessible.  After completing my first Whole30, I was shocked by how much better I felt!  I had more energy, I felt more focused throughout the day, my hair felt thicker and stronger and my skin was clearer and not so dry.  By no means do I consider myself an expert (or a chef) but this has been such a fun journey, I wanted to share it with you.
